We are happy to introduce updates on how languages and locales are managed in the system. Now the users can benefit from a more adaptable and user-friendly method for managing various languages within the sytem interface and content.
Important changes:
-
An entity has been established to manage all languages within the system. Every language is now assigned a name and ISO code, which simplifies the process of selection and setup.
-
The interface now allows you to set both a Primary Language and a Secondary Language. If there is no content in the primary language, it will be shown in the backup language instead.
-
Language names are currently displayed in a more user-friendly manner for better readability (e.g., "de_DE" will show as "German").
-
You have the option to specify languages as either Primary or Secondary for translating content, which gives you more control over the relevance of languages to your content.
These modifications will simplify the handling of content in multiple languages and enhance the system's general usability.
Additional recent updates to the system include the incorporation of Upsert Execution, which simplifies data management by automatically updating current records or generating new ones when inputting information.
This function will help our users save time, minimize mistakes, and keep their data up-to-date with minimal effort.
