We've made it easier for users to choose and customize how their pages look in the system. The changes make the system more user-friendly, role-specific, and efficient for managing and displaying data.

From Now On

• Users can now switch between different layout designs for each type of page they view. This choice is saved, so next time they open the same page, it looks just the way they left it.

• If the selected layout isn’t available anymore, the system will automatically use a backup—either from a related layout or the system’s default.

• By default, users will only see layouts that already have a design for the page they’re on. But if they want, they can turn off this filter and choose from all available layouts.

• Users with permission can make changes to the layout and save them. There’s also a "Reset Layout" button to go back to the default look if needed.

• A small gear icon now provides a quick way to switch between layouts. If deeper changes are needed, users can open the full settings window.

• Dashboards (summary views) are now controlled through layout settings. A general dashboard can be set for everyone, but users can still personalize their own and reset it if necessary.
