We have a very flexible pricing model – pay only for what you use.
AtroPIM can be used on-premise or in a private cloud (as SaaS). The core functionality is the same for both usage scenarios. To extend the core functionality you can buy/rent additional modules according to your needs. So you only pay for what you use. For the Cloud Usage support is included. If you decide to run our software on-premise, you can purchase our Support Package in addition. We can help with onboarding of AtroPIM (configuration and implementation).
Cloud Usage (paid SaaS PIM)
You use our software, consisting of AtroCore, AtroPIM and additional modules, in a private cloud (cloud usage, SaaS model), set up individually for you. AtroCore and AtroPIM are free of charge. We install additional modules (free or paid) to extend the functionality for your specific business needs. The software is regularly updated and maintained by us. Different Support Packages are available. You get a Resource Package with dedicated resources. We are responsible for security and backups.

“Is onboarding included?”
No, please contact us and we will discuss your specific needs, the level of our involvement and give you a quote.
“Is ordering onboarding services required?”
No, you can implement the software yourself and/or let us implement only a part of the required tasks.
“Do you offer free trial?”
Yes, we can create an individual demo instance for one month and answer all your questions during the trial, contact us.
“Do you charge per user?”
No. You can have as many users as you like. There is only a limit to the number of accounts you can use in our support ticketing system.
“Are there any price-related limitations?”
No. The number of SKUs, other records, images, documents, etc. is unlimited within your reserved resources.
“Do I have a long term commitment?”
All our contracts are for 3 months. If you are willing to sign a contract for 12 months or more, we will give you an additional discount.
“What one-off and recurring costs will I have?”
You will have one-off costs for onboarding, training and integration, which will be quoted individually for your business, based on your requirements. Costs for support, resources and modules will be recurring.
“How exactly will my monthly cost be calculated?”
If you have the Silver Support Package, the Business Resource Package and use the Workflows module, your monthly cost will be 190 EUR (Silver) + 140 EUR (Business) + 59.50 EUR (Workflows) = 389.50 EUR.
“Are there any hidden costs?”
No, our prices are completely transparent and flexible. You only pay for what you use.
On-Premise Usage (paid or free PIM)
You can deploy our software on-premise in your own server infrastructure. We charge no resource usage in this case. You are responsible for the security and backup policies. To receive support from us, you can subscribe to one of our Support Packages. To extend the core functionality of the software you can purchase or rent additional modules.

AtroCore is a data platform on which AtroPIM is built and is free for <strong>unlimited</strong> data sets and users.For more details, see the description for SaaS Usage.
PIM
AtroPIM is free for unlimited data records and users. It extends the functionality of the AtroCore data platform with product information management features. For more details, see the description for Saas Usage.
Additional modules

“Do I need to purchase a Support Package?”
No, you can use our Software free of charge for as long as you like without support from our side.
“Is the Software completely free?”
Yes, our software is free, if you install it on your own server infrastructure, you can use it for free as long as you like, but without any support from us.
“How can I install the Software?”
Our software is server-based, you need to run it on a server infrastructure. You can find the installation instructions in our documentation.
“Are there any functional differences between On-Premise and SaaS Editions?”
No, everyone uses the same software, regardless of the usage scenario or the availability of a Support Package.
“Can I install and run the Software on Windows or Mac?”
Our Software is a server-based software, you need to have a Web Server to run it. There is no installation package for Windows or Mac, you need to configure the web server locally on your PC or Laptop to run it.
“Can I subscribe to support later?”
Yes, you can start using the software completely free of charge and subscribe to the support package when you feel you need it.
“Do you charge per user?”
No. You can have as many users as you like. There is only a limit to the number of accounts you can use in our support ticketing system.

If you purchase the Workflows module, you will pay a one-off fee of 1190 EUR. From the second year you can purchase the annual updates for 25% or the purchase price (297.50 EUR).

FAQ for Integrations
“Which cost will I have?”
You pay for the one-off configuration of all required import/export feeds based on your requirements and for the modules used for the integration.
“How integration is implemented?”
For the integration, we use several modules to orchestrate and automate the data synchronization, depending on the available data delivery methods. We need to configure multiple import/export feeds, their sequences, and data mapping rules, define execution conditions and schedules, etc.
“How much one time configuration cost?”
Simple configurations start at 900 EUR, integration of some e-commerce platform will cost approx. 2900 EUR (plus modules). The cost of the modules starts at 1180 EUR to buy (59 EUR monthly to rent). Contact us to get a quote for your specific case.
“Can configurations be adjusted later?”
The configurations are very flexible and can be customized at any time in the future, without any programming.
“What happens if error occurs?”
The system will automatically attempt to repeat the job. You can also download the "data message", correct the error manually and execute the import/export job again manually.
“Do I have logs?”
You receive a very detailed execution log. You can also use dashlets for import/export statistics on your dashboard.
“Which data can be synchronized?”
We can synchronize absolutely all data - product data, customer data, order data, master data, any customer-specific data, etc.
“How data can be synchronized?”
We can synchronize data via database queries, file exchange or using REST/SOAP/GraphQL API requests.
“How data synchronization can be triggered?”
We can synchronize data based on a flexibly configurable time schedule or event-based.
“Can I do the integration myself?”
Yes, but that requires a lot of technical understanding. It is better to leave the initial integration to us, you can adapt it later if necessary.
“Can I test the "XYZ Connector"?”
No, "XYZ Connector" is not a module, it is a solution that consists of 2 or more modules and a one-time configuration of import/export feeds that require work to be performed. Due to our individual approach, we guarantee that the integration will always work, if not, we will refund you the full amount!
“Can I install and use the" XYZ Connector" myself?”
No, we do not offer "black box" connectors that do something that has been defined by the programmers. We approach each integration individually to guarantee 100% success.
“Which Modules do I need for integration?”
Depending on your needs the following modules can be used: Connector (almost always required), Workflows, Import/Export Feeds: Database, Import/Export Feeds: Remote Files, Import/Export Feeds: HTTP Request.
“How recurring costs for an integration are calculated?”
You only pay for the modules that are used in the integration. Let us assume that only the Connector and Export Feeds: HTTP Request modules are used for the integration. If you rent these modules, the monthly costs are 34.50 EUR (Connector) and 29.50 EUR (HTTP Request). You can also buy the modules - 690 EUR (Connector) and 590 EUR (HTTP Request), you may want to purchase the annual updates for these modules from the second year onwards, which cost 25% of the purchase price - (590 EUR + 690 EUR) * 0.25 = 320 EUR.
“What if i need to make some changes in configurations?”
You can do it yourself. If you are not confident enough to do this work yourself, we can do it for you. This work is charged on an hourly rate basis.
